Position Available: We have a full time position available (40 weekly hours) for an experienced Veterinary Assistant. Duties include the following:

• Anesthetic monitoring
• Assistance with positioning of radiographs
• Venipuncture and administration of medications
• Support for licensed technicians and veterinarians
• Cleaning and preparation of Treatment and Surgery Areas, equipment, and surgical packs
• Monitoring recovering animals in ICU

This position calls for a dependable, high-energy worker who is compassionate, self-motivated, and a team player. Multi-tasking is required. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, and weekend hours may be part of the schedule. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick leave, and paid vacation.
